Why I left corporate — and what I built instead.
After 25 years working inside some of the world's most demanding organizations, I made a decision that was both practical and personal: I had accumulated too much to keep it inside a single company.
Across KPMG, DHL, IBM, and T-Systems, I led transformations that touched thousands of people — strategy deployments, process overhauls, technology implementations, and the hardest work of all: getting leadership teams to move in the same direction. I learned what works, what gets stuck, and why most transformation efforts fail before they begin.
I launched Charles Andrew because I genuinely love consulting — the work of understanding a business from the inside and helping its leaders see what they can't see alone. And because the SMB founders I now work with deserve the same quality of thinking that the Fortune 500 takes for granted.
This is a boutique practice by design: premium, personal, and fully committed to the outcomes we agree on together.
